Baby Wellness Assessment

This session was created to give you information, confidence and hands-on support for you and your baby.

It's ideal if your baby is showing you some signs of discomfort and you feel there may be something causing issues, but don't feel the Full Reflux Evaluation is right for you. Perhaps it feels a bit in depth for what your baby is experiencing?

Together we look at the whole picture - feeding, oral function, birth history - so you can understand what's going on and how to help them feel more comfortable at home.

Professional observations
A clear understanding of the main factors causing your baby discomfort
Simple guidance you can use at home
Hands on Craniosacral Therapy for your baby to release tension and support feeding and digestion
A written summary highlighting the most important finding and next steps, so you have information to refer back to

(this package offers support, but is not as detailed of comprehensive as the Full Evaluation)

How It Works

Before Our Session

You receive a combined questionnaire covering feeding, symptoms, behaviour, birth history and more.

You send videos of feeding and crying so I can begin to understand your baby's oral function.

I spend 40 minutes reviewing everything to prepare for your baby’s session

During Session

1 hour of craniosacral therapy
A calming, gentle session to support nervous system regulation and ease physical tension that may be affecting feeding, reflux and/or comfort.

30 minutes of tailored support
This may include extra assessment, latch/feeding observation, discussion, Q&A — depending on what your baby needs most on the day.

Post Session - I create a mini summary with:

The key contributors to your baby’s issues
What to work on, why and how
Simple, practical steps to support your baby
